How do I send my picture for my customized embroidery ?
To send your picture:

Go to the Contact Page.

Use the "Send a Picture" section to attach your photo (JPEG or PNG format recommended).

Include your order number and any specific details about your customization in the message.​
Can I request specific colors or adjustments in the embroidery?
Yes, you can request specific colors or adjustments, but this is only available for the Beautiful Little Couple design and the flower details. If you'd like to personalize these, please specify your preferences via the contact form when sending your picture.

For all other items, each product already includes variant options (such as color choices) that you can select when placing your order.
Can I modify my order after placing it?​​
Modifications are possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

For standard items, changes can be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

For custom embroidery orders, changes can only be requested within this 24-hour window, provided I haven’t started working on the design or production.
If you’d like to request a modification, please contact me through the contact page with your order number as soon as possible. After 24 hours, changes may no longer be possible.
How long does it take to create a custom embroidery?​
The time it takes to create a custom embroidery can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the number of requests I am currently working on. Generally, it takes anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to complete.
Do you ship internationally?​
Yes, I do ship internationally! Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you keep my custom designs for future orders?
No, I do not keep custom designs based on photos for future orders.
However, I take pictures of each of my photo-based creations to document my work, and some of these may be used on my website or social media to promote or showcase my creations.

For other creations, only the name and color choices may vary for future orders.
What happens to my photo after the embroidery is completed?
Your photo will not be stored after the embroidery is completed. Once the design is finalized and the embroidery is done, I will immediately delete your photo from my records.
I respect your privacy and only use the photo to create your custom piece.
Can I request a rush order?
Yes, I can accommodate rush orders, but please keep the following in mind:

It takes a minimum of 3 days to produce a custom embroidery.

Shipping can take several days depending on your location, so this should also be considered when planning your order.
To request a rush order, please contact me through the contact page, including your order number and any relevant details. However, I recommend planning ahead whenever possible to avoid potential delays.
Please note that I reserve the right to decline rush orders if the design is particularly complex or if I have too many orders to manage at the time. I will always do my best to accommodate your request when possible.
